All items purchased directly from us come with a 12-month warranty, valid from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and the corresponding order email address & reference number must be provided.

This covers your rug against any manufacturing defect within this time frame.

• The warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damaged intentionally or accidentally by the horse or whilst it is in storage.  

• The above is a guarantee for the term of the warranty 12- month period only, you are allowed one replacement only within the period of the warranty.
